Crunch with Ball Overhead
Equipment: Body Weight, Medicine Balls, Home Exercise

1. Begin by lying on the ground or on a physio ball. Hold a medicine ball overhead with arms straight.
2. Slowly crunch so that your shoulders and head come off the ground. Try to keep your arms next to your ears the entire movement.
3. Slowly return to starting position and repeat.
